It was interesting that the answer to the question: How many times will John McCain mention the name of George W. Bush in his acceptance speech? The answer is "0".
There was a reference early on to the President, and one to his father, but in neither case were the actual words "George" or "Bush" used. The better to prevent damaging youtube excerpts, my dear.
On the CNN prediction market, 0 had an estimated probability of 23%, with most of the probability in the 1-3 range.
